CEQA stands for California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA). Projects that need an Environmental evaluation, it means that those projects are subject to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA).
These are primarily actions that require a discretionary decision by the City. All projects submitting a Project Application must complete the Environmental Evaluation Screening.
